OldBen there is a problem, IMO. A big problem. Shareholders are being discouraged from contacting agencies such as the FBI and DOJ. It appears that there is something to hide.

The dividend has not been cancelled. Nothing has been filed and/or communicated from the company to confirm such claims.

I could apply Occam's Razor and state that the simplest answer is that there is a problem.

You should apply this to any stock that is ready to "pop" on the DTCC chill list, just like FKA/FFGO chill.

Oh, my, FKA/FFGO is not there, on the list.... Because it no longer exists on our markets.

NSS is to trap you while the folks who sell NSS hype take your money.

Fka/FFGO did not sell NSS hype.

has nothing to do with any fantasy divvy FFGO promised the shareholders .. instead .. FFGO management took the money and ran ..

Sorry, OldBen...I beg to differ. The SEC has always had a No Comment policy regarding company investigations. Heck, I can't get even a simple general question answered (for educational purposes only) by the SEC.

In one case, when they wanted more specifics which were not of any concern since the question could have been asked about any company in a similar situation, as soon as I gave them the specifics, I was told they could not comment and they supposedly forwarded the question to the Office of Investor Education and Advocacy (OIEA). Needless to say, I am still waiting for an answer...but not holding my breath.

Typical government bureauracy...
