nice follow-up comment, Pete. Nothing wrong with airing one's frustration. I agree, it is a bit of a shock to the system to see that photo. I haven't kept up so I'm unsure that there has not been correspondence at least to show that something fell thru again, whether it was a lien on that property or whatever. But Spike did go thru a lot of trouble, time, and personal expense to check up on it for everyone. He could have kept it to himself. So for that, I thank him.
As for Val, he doesn't have a separate dayjob,so OTOW is his exertion. I'm sure his competitors in everthing from telecom to pre-paid debit cards is making him exert harder to get past their blockages. Tough business.
