Current share structure is about 14 million and I don't know the exact production figures but they are getting cash flow from producing oil in small percentages in Oklahoma, 40% off two light oil wells in Texas and 25% off a Natural gas well in California (paying at a higher rate than most area's in the country). No figures have come out about what to expect from the 1st of many (we hope), from a well in King City(heavy oil),but it looks good per last NR. Delta is a slow mover ,no doubt .You have to have a lot of patience but they do have the ability that could easily double their cash flow by diluting ,if they choose to go that route.Never a dollar has been spent on advertising. The company is always running at slight profit or loss but all financial obligations are being met without dilution in the common market,as the reserves are growing,so I think at these prices it's a bargain,if you believe in the near future for oil&gas
