Julius... I assume they need competant people for Chad, etc. Managment seems to think that the Chad assets are very good quality...better than the JDZ if I understand what they have said. I am not about to argue with that as I have no idea. I would give them the benefit of the doubt until/unless things would begin to appear otherwise. I also assume that they know how they will pay for increases in expendiatures. It's one of those situations where I would trust their opinion but need verification before I would plow much money into it. CEO's always believe that they have found good assets...or at least put on the happy face to convince investors. But nothing is for sure in any business...let alone in the African Oil business.
I can't say that they don't know what they are doing...just because I don't know all of what they are doing. I, like everyone else...will just have to wait to see how this all turns out.
