FINRA shows for 2 years that FFGO was shorted to no end.. 90% + for over two years straight.

Simple question: If these FINRA figures are so conclusive and prove naked shorting beyond a shadow of a doubt, why has there not been a single consumer advocacy organization or law firm who has picked up on it, especially with the billions of dollars purportedly at stake?

Could it be that absolutely everyone but a handful of shareholders understand exactly what those Daily Shorts figures really mean and accept that the end of the semi-monthly Short Reports as showing that FFGO no longer had even the miniscule number of shorts that had appeared in previous months?

I can finally understand the need of those to create convoluted conspiracy theories involving criminal behavior of the entire market maker industry and virtually all of the associated governmental regulatory agencies, desperately relying on a few court cases involving the major markets, resulting in a few wrist slap fines (and no criminal charges), to justify their cause.

Ever hear of Occam's Razor? It is a line of reasoning that says the simplest answer is often correct. The simple answer here is that there are only a few who do not understand what the Daily List figures mean. The overwhelming majority, including all the enforcement agencies and legitimate consumer advocacy groups, do get it, ergo, not even a hint of public support for the alleged injustices purportedly wreaked upon the FFGO shareholders by criminal naked shorters.

Unfortunately, the believers here may never get it since they are relying on word from the company that has long since terminated all lines of communication with them.

Imagine for a moment that your local bank with all your savings in it, one day completely vanishes. No officers...no phone lines...no records...no cash...just a big empty building with a sign on it that simply says "We contemplate being in touch with you one day and we anticipate being able to then pay an expected 3400% interest on your money we took with us if certain conditions exist. JUST TRUST US!" The sign is pretty much the same as the info on the FFGO website.

Hope must spring eternal here because there is not a shred of legitimate evidence that there is any movement by the company to pay the divvy or that any legal action has been initiated against the FFGO naked shorters.

Except for a lot of blustering, chest thumping and cheerleading...

for probably weeks/months/years to come.

Oh wait. Is this yet another negative post about the expected divvy and non-existence of naked shorters? Well, then...what more proof besides this does anyone need to see that victory is just around the corner now?
