i was wondering about shorting canadian stocks so i called my broker and found that they must be $2C or more before they can be shorted. wish we had that problem with NGT/AAS.

i can't see this lawsuit stopping the merger now -on what basis and how? just more racket.
i can see how hearing 'call your certs' would push your buttons with those memories - and sinclair isnt infallible! he sure has had the hot hand now with predictions of the POG - and remember he called the top in 79 - some say he caused it! i suspect we have a few more months to run with this baby - he's probably right about it hitting 410-430 before pulling back - although his buddy schmidt sees it maybe running as high as the 500's first - time will tell.
