Any dilution in new shares should equal the true dollar value (in old share value) and perhaps go up in value from that initial point.

i think common will get something, don't know what. it is my hunch, that lehman has lots of assets in hiding and there will be asset appreciation as well. i hope that many of the ex employees are holding on to their stock options and i say they are going to bring this company alive.
