The Brandlock and Spyder wouldn't cost that much But its customer base. Atrinsic's customer will not be kenshoo's customers and vice versa. Not atleast in the near period. This is 30-40 million revs anually.
But when you are acquiring company you look two to three years down the road what is going to happen. They are operating in same market space and they are competitors. By acquiring Atrinsic I get 30-40 million additional rev 3 years down road.
But from future marketability standpoint I think spyder would be attractive as well as brandlock technology. For Kenshoo they have global customers so that would help them.
