Thanks...And yes, I'm presenting that theory. Just the way things were playing out in 2011 that's the appearance to me. BD was in line to gain over 50% interest in Atrinsic if the Kazaa deal went through (That was at the O/S structure at the time of that deal)...The fact that ATRN inreased the O/S, delisted from NASDAQ and caused the dollar failure the deal to sell Kazaa to them wasn't as lucrative and thus BD pulled the deal off the table. I think Aaron Baker with his ROI white paper caught Kenshoo's interest so in May, Atrinsic sold promisary notes (Some to BD) with a conversion of over 2.00 per share and in June 11 Atrinsic BOD brought in a gun slinger (Goldfarb) to fight off the takeover so they could court Kenshoo for a buyout...See my post from the other night.
