Any other exchange would be better then where we are now, so I don't think it is a question of where, but rather when. Transfering to a new exchange will not effect your shares, unless the board of directors says otherwise.

ike...As far as "most likely" I guess I would have to say the OTCBB; not a huge step up, but still free of many of the stigmas associated with the Pink Sheets. AMEX? A possibility, and certainly a steppingstone to the "big" exchanges. I've seem some stocks do well moving to AMEX, while others continue to languish---a reflection, most likely, of their business plan and execution. The advantage of something like the AMEX, if we could qualify (I don't think we need concern ourselves, at this point, with NASDAQ or NYSE [seems almost funny at the moment]) is to gain more respect, visibility, transparency, and liquidity. I have no doubt that moving off of the Pinks would help us. How we accomplish that without a reverse split is anybody's guess (unless [hope, hope] Frank has some HUGE news forthcoming that will propel the PPS into a realm that would enable the jump on its own.
