#2711 RE: TraderUsa #2710

Remember another good post

Generex is in a quiet period.

The companies, however, won't say much. All three declined to answer questions, saying they were in a "quiet period."'

'"Within a few weeks to over a month we should have a full overview of what we're working on," said Todd G. Falls, director of communications and investor relations for Ontario-based Generex, which has reported plans to spin out its vaccine subsidiary Antigen Express Inc. of Worcester. "I hope."'

"Some publicly traded companies start out as subsidiaries, then spin out from their parent companies to public markets.

Antigen Express, which has been working on cancer vaccine technology, may take this route. Parent company Generex reported in a regulatory filing last year that it would seek to issue dividends in the form of Antigen Express shares to Generex shareholders, and have the shares listed on a public exchange."
