The company said in June 2011 that the spin-off of Antigen Express would be in March, also said the meeting is in March with the FDA to initiate Phase III of Antigen Express and present the new Oral-lyn documentation for possible approval. GNBT can become the new Dendreon (DNDN), which rose from $ 2 to $ 45 or Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) which rose from $ 0.83 to $ 50.

I think Pfizer will acquire 51% of Antigen Express in the spin-off and buy 10% of Generex.
