I went on PACER last night to get the complaint.
PACER stands for Public Access to Court Electronic Records, or something to that effect. Basically, is an online docket of what has been filed in a federal lawsuit. So far, however, the case is in its infancy, and the documents that I want to review are not (yet) online.
All that is online is the complaint and documents related to service of the complaint. Eventually (and after a lot of money has been wasted on lawyers), the key documents will be available as exhibits to dispositive motions (e.g., motions to dismiss or for summary judgment). In the meantime, however, these documents are probably not confidential and would go a long way to helping people decide what's what about the lawsuit.
