what you are missing is that there is nothing to this company.

assets are about 77,000 dollars including the pending patent and all good will

money in the bank was about 5,000 dollars

and company debt is greater than 5,000,000 dollars

there is a 150,000 dollar convertible note that is convertible at .0001 per share (equates to 1.5 BILLION shares)

and the share structure reflects a market cap that is laughable
