Please do not compare ACTC to CBAI. When CBAI did their R/S...I believe they just reduced the number of OS and never touched the AS... Huge red flag. Also, CBAI remained on the OTCBB. ACTC sole purpose according to the company is to do an R/S to move to the NASDAQ... not just to do one like CBAI.

I have no problem with ACTC doing a RS. I have been thru several and one has done me VERY WELL. I believe this one will also do VERY WELL IMO.
