Lightsquared had 30 wholesale customers even before their network
was built!

Clearwire ($CLWR) has a WiMax 4G network built already and they will have an TD-LTE network in 2013.

They got 2 customers already, with FreedomPop and LEAP...I'm sure the other 28 will move to $CLWR soon as well.
