Rockie, just don't get overexcited. As I said, there is a credibility gap here in the person's refusal to be named, and the lack of details regarding specific proofs s/he may have which can be brought forward. The letter was also not very well-written, which in my eyes, diminishes credibility even further. Anyone can write and post anything. And, tho it has the appearance of something delicious, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Don't hold your breath until you turn blue. When something credible sticks its neck out, you will know it for the real thing. The letter was nice to see, but I'm waiting for something that glows in the dark before I get myself excited.
Let's wait and see.
