I agree that the "open letter" lacks credibility, but ya know ... it's nice to see something like this popping up.
Now if someone with some teeth at the company, who would not be afraid to give his/her name under protectionism of the Whistleblower's Act were to step forward and underscore this, and perhaps cite other "indiscretions" with documentable proof, then wow - we'd have something!
But I'll admit, just reading it tastes like hot cocoa on a chilly fall day :-)
