OPHI's predecessor Stock -- AMSZ -- did a R/S in late-December 2010 / early-January 2011.

As I best recall, it was a 1:50 R/S.

And then, OPHI -- an entirely different (and BETTER!) Company,
engaged in an entirely different industry -- took over the reins,
in a complex transition and transaction.

I know -- I've been in this since late-2009. Feeling MUCH BETTER
ABOUT THINGS, nowadays!$$ :-D

Anybody else know? Is this correct, Longs?
