Not only did they make the change to new management but they made the change to new outside management which I think is the most telling piece of the leadership puzzle. Go back through the filings. It has always been the same people running Atrinsic and BD they just kept switching positions around and around. I think the key players realized they were in serious trouble and that was why the decision was made to bring in freshy fresh. Goldfarb, Siegel and Fong all have made their careers about turning co.'s around and that IMO is paramount.
