I feel the merger talks started while Goldfarb was still CEO, remember Chade and several others here on ihub had to squeeze Atrinsic's neck to get that Feb. 2nd 8k released about the CEO resigning from Atrinsic. I feel that would not of been 8k'ed had this board not discovered it and raised a stink about it being news.

IMO, that time frame in late Jan. 2012 was suppose to be part of this news blackout.

CEO quits and we don't hear about it for 4 days after it happens? The DD is strong with this one!
