10k for 2011 10q for first qtr won't come till April-May.

The 10k (annual report) is due 90 days after the end of the company's fiscal year. Atrinsic's fiscal year ends 12/31 so the 10k is due 3/31. The 10k will include the reports for Q4 2011.

The next 10q is due 45 days after end of Q1, so we should see it 5/15.
