Just to clarify a few things:
The public company ASYI is not my company, it is, and will always be owned by the shareholders. My position at ASYI to date is that of Chairman.
In addition,as reported DEC 14 2011, Birthday Slam and ASYI have entered into negotiations : "BSC and the Company will commence the negotiation and preparation of a share exchange agreement whereby we will acquire 100% of the shares of BSC for a certain number of shares of the Company’s common stock."
As for being able to discuss timing related matters as it would relate to non disclosed public information - sorry, no can do.
I'm happy you like Birthday Slam. We have been working on it for over a year now and are planning to launch Version 1 very soon. The current live version is merely a test app with very limited functionality.

As to your question regarding the postings on the blog pissedoffconsumer:
Google search " what is pissedoffconsumer " - Minor league stuff at best with no credibility. In fact, the website sells the data to reputation management companies who in turn contact the people or company being reported and charge them a very large fee to help them with the postings.
How easy is it to post stuff like this?
If I were to spend $US 7 right now and purchase the domain www.(-removed-).com ( it is available ) and post something about how much you hate working at (-removed-) and that you wish your boss were fired because...etc etc
Would this make the allegation true? Would you spend anytime whatsoever defending the allegations?
I choose to spend the 18 hours a day, 7 days a week that I work very wisely.
