Thank you for providing another TEXT BOOK example of why there will be no reverse split. Typically they would lower the authorized shares much lower with a R/S not raise it. Forward split or no split raise it, r/s lower it. Since you just reminded us all they raised it not lowered it you helped confirm no split. But since the merger PR was just released and we already knew there would be none, its still fun to play it over again...just to remind us all what an amazing merger and sweet share strucuture we have working here.
Of course they might issue more shares to acquire more Gold properties or processing facilities. Those shares would be restricted. The float will still be 11.8 million but we will own more gold properties. Everyone knows what the shares O/S is, under 200m, knows what the float is under 12m....and are loving this beautiful gold mining merger play.
