FFGO and NMGL need to report. End of Story.

I'm guessing you don't know about plan "rat trap".

5 trillion shares and all, fka/FFGO did not file reports so shortman would get trapped when fka/FFGO got itself revoked.

When the divy hits shareholders will move to cloud city, leaving myself and the rest as troglites working the mines.

actually, that's not true. Any public trading company can decide not to continue reporting.
They have a few choices.
1 ) file form 15 ( if they qualify )
2 ) go private
3 ) be revoked

PS, reporting companies can not go dark .. they must pick one of the above

Clearly, FFGO decided door # 3
