Sorry I just saw I didn't respond to your posting. Yes as far as I know they are bidding on some more contracts and already have aquired a few in the last few months.
Not to mention the real big one in Puerto Rico which would be a complete game changer. But this contract is politically a bit difficult to get it seems.
