Right but THLD could partner with other companies like BMY for example, to develop in the US markets. There are many other indications 302 may be used for so what is stopping from THLD from working out blockbuster deals for each indication in the US while setting themselves up to receive milestone and royalty payments. In other words, why can't THLD replicate the deal they made with Merck many times with other companies?
