I won't be surprised if they don't file this quarter or the next. The quarter ended 12/31 only had one event and would likely show little revenue and hundreds of millions more shares added to the float. The next quarter would likely also be dismal since they had the event with the PPV that must not have been great since they didn't even PR the PPV revenue. It wouldn't look too great on a filing to show something like $27 in PPV revenue. Along with again, little revenue and hundreds of millions of shares added to the float.
They may wait to see if volume picks up so they can dilute more shares. If volume remains like it's been lately, the insiders will likely want to r/s so they can get more action going and they can crank up the share printing machine again. At that point, they might file again in order to get the pumpers to jump on board again.
