They're mad, they liked CAVR the way it was, these guys were sitting on some big deals already. Pissed they're losing half the company. The big picture they're missing is Sun is a monster company and together they would qualify for AMEX or NASDAQ small cap uplist. Let em go, I'm looking for a lot more here if anyone does something crazy and throws their shares away.

Lots of investor groups were sold blocks of shares. The present PPS gets them lots of profit after sitting at half penny.
