because if they didn't the court was effectively going to give the company to the money lenders. dgri was between a rock and a hard place. much like it's shareholders.
I'm just guessing about the agrrement between DGRI and hteir lender, but there might have been a payment on demand provision. I got caught in one once and learned my lesson.
