Typically reverse splits inure to the disadvantage of shareholders. This is true the overwhelming percentage of time. The net value of your account in that equity usually decreases as the sp slides following the rs.

But there is another side here. Let's face it. There is not going to be a reverse split with a 1 cent sp. If the sp reaches in excess of 50+ cents then a rs may actually benefit us.

The pricks at FINRA have really jacked us over. We have been fully reporting, and timely for 2 years, but still FINRA refuses to move us off the pinks. If we could get in the 60+ cent range, then you could do a 10-1 rs and get the sp at 5 bucks. If we reach 60 cents then obviously we have revenues and cash on the financials. We could then move to the AMEX.

Have you ever owned a stock that did a r/s?

Besides, if the company wants to reduce the o/s, they can continue what they've started which is a buyback program.
