In all fairness, I read this part of his statement to mean he isn't trading on insider information.

I have a boat load of shares, have never sold any of them, and will hold them until my trading plans goals are met. I have enough at this time to do very well when we cross the goal line, and do not plan on purchasing any more for the time being.

In the interest of full disclosure I have not added any TiVUS shares to my portfolio since my last purchase in December 2011. I have never sold a single share of TiVUS stock since I began accumulating it in September 2010 and currently hold 30,020,000 shares.
