Yup, I understand what you are trying to say. I like the guarded optimism from posters so far and the slow pick up in volume and price. Will be looking out for pump/dumpers, never experienced anything as extreme as what you mnetioned but if it does happen we'll just have to trade accordingly.

Buying will occur....i'd be careful to dump this one. Do your DD folks...special case here. Contract is on horizon, rare for penny stocks.
