I'm high on the company and its' future potential, but all this back and forth to get the split done is ridiculous. As I mentioned in another post, these details should have been common knowledge to the management a long time ago. They have spent more than 2 years lining up all their ducks to become public. I will say it again. What kind of lawyers do they have? Well, I guess that is not hard to figure out if they are like the majority of them. It was very premature to announce on a live radio show and put out a PR stating Feb. 29 is the DATE to own or not be in on the split. It makes management look weak. It is part their fault, not all, but as I have been told in the past, ignorance of the law is no excuse. I can say that if this lingers on into May or longer, whatever momentum and belief in management had been built up will be long gone. The stock will take some time to really get going.
