The Ceo explained to everyone that he had to dilute to pay for the settlement. The dilution is done, in my opinion.
Did you hear the part of the CC where he explained that they are going to continue diluting? He projected it should top out at around 1.8 Billion shares. Keep in mind that the dilution resulting from the supposed settlement of the debt was claimed to be over last year, as the CEO stated in a video, which started the "debt is paid" chants from the supporters.
Since then, the A/S has been jacked up from 500M to 1B to 1.5B. In the CC the CEO noted that the current OS is about 1.2B and he expects it to go up to "only" 1.8B. That is incredible, massive dilution that has absolutely nothing to do with paying off debt. It's the company selling shares to make money because they can't make enough money selling their products to cover expenses. Also keep in mind that back in 2009 the CEO announces the share structure was about 5B and they were capping it at 7B so as not to handcuff the company in terms of need to raise capital. In today's terms that would be 5M and 7M. So we have a crystal clear demonstration that the CEO's projections about how many shares will need to be sold to cover 'raising capital' is an absolute joke. Anyone who thinks for a second that this mythical 1.8B share projection will hold water is just fooling themselves. They will dilute up to 1.8B and beyond without even taking a breath. The 'systematic share buyback' touted to happen after this projected 1.8 breakover point is just as mythical. It's nothing more than a bunch of textbook penny stock dilution scam buzzwords being thrown around again by this company to generate interest in buying shares.
None of these beverage stocks are scams.
LOL!
We will be at .002 in the coming days. More than 100% profit from here in my opinion.
Maybe so, but it'll be because of typical penny stock hype. After that it'll sink right back down again.
You were probably burned on the last r/s. And that's ok.
No, it's not OK. Folks should expect an R/S in a penny stock dilution scam, but when the management explicitly tells you they will not even consider an R/S until certain conditions are met, then does a surprise R/S without meeting those conditions, it turns into willful deception. The management saw fit to repeatedly tell people they wouldn't do an R/S but felt zero compulsion to tell people when they changed their mind.
But now is your chance to get back in in the .000's range and ride this stock wave back to profitability and get your revenge.
People who bought in at .0001 when it 'couldn't go any lower' in 2010 are currently down over 99%. With this shady management that willfully deceives and screws over shareholders, there is no good time to buy in.
