I have a 20 year background in Network Marketing.....A close friend who has become familiar with The ARN approached me about the business. We met and discussed the company in detail....the overall business model related to the vehicle service contract ( a vertical market that I am very familiar with ), the compensation plan and income streams for a distributor/representative. My concerns and my posting on this board was specific to the issues related to the ongoing stock and capitalization of the company. The overall business model has merit....the market is good, in fact very good for this type of offering provided the company has a sound business plan and seasoned leadership. Thank you for your input and I hope this response was helpful. BTW....I am still trying to fully understand the history of this company and the trail of activity related to the stock!
