Some news: Our shares will be cancelled after 45 days of the date of the Stock Purchase Agreement. That's what the deal is based on and I think that's our deadline. And there is more: ''The Company may terminate the Stock Purchase Agreement if, among other reasons, Buyer does not obtain debt financing in an amount sufficient to enable Buyer to perform its obligations to pay the purchase price within 45 days of the date of the Stock Purchase Agreement.
