It did, and I want to wait a week to see if that holds or
dips back. March is supposed to be an active month for
REE orders, and the spotlight may fade come April. Of
course they kept the NEMFF secret well, who knows what
is next! At any price I believe MCP will be much higher.
And I do not believe the Chinese quotas.
