If you truly believe that, more power to you. BUT, I think you are forgetting something. I highly doubt the old management that stripped this company of everything of value by steering it into their own pockets would EVER turn over that potentially damning evidence to new management. I doubt they want to be sued, or in a worse-case scenario, investigated and charged by regulators and law enforcement. I am sure they would much rather let the evidence die with the Company.
