I really think that the float is much smaller than most people believe. Between two investors that's 50 million reasons to keep holding here. They always say follow the money and you'll come out on top.

If it was a good sign the share price would be moving strongly up not strongly down.

17 million new discounted shares to dump on investors is not a good sign.
