Net-Man.......I agree. Can't be certain, obviously, but given the circumstances it would appear to me that Summerhill may want a contract structured to pay for its KDS at the back end, following commencement of its own operations.
I'm guessing that Brian prefers to adhere to his 50% down policy, especially as it applies to newer operations like Summerhill.
That first FASC announcement that one of these large organizations WILL be utilitizing the KDS countrywide/worldwide is going to be a watershed day for FASC. We can never know the exact timing of such an announcement, but at this point it would appear to be a matter of weeks to several months.
