These are technical scan results.. Maybe we can call stockcharts and have them add those "complete failure." criteria and I will have a better scan omitting such types of behavior. If anyone wants a lesson on DD they can ask me.. They never do though.. I see empty shell companies run on technicals.. Take the 20% if it comes and run. Ultimately all roads lead to Rome in pennies imo.
Not to worry Atlanta. The 10K is long overdue so I think people will start to dump before the delisting. Even the 10Q's weren't audited. I guess any auditor won't really work for useless shares. Seems to be a pattern for these folks.
