I guess you will have to pick a new subject because down playing the cards just isn't cutting it. Many have in fact received them and more are going out daily.
Why do you continue to ask questions, only to turn around and claim that you knew the answer? Several people have stated that they've received the card and you continue to ask. I don't get the point you're trying to make by doing that.
