Did you purchase Lehman Common or Preferred Securities? I don't mean CTS.

And do you have any in your account right now of the Equity Common or Preferred Shares that were just delisted?


I don't think this form is at all for Holders of CTS.


If you held LEHMQ OR LEHJQ in your account then the forms were probably sent out to you without first determining if you had purchased the Securities prior to bankruptcy.
