I am sure there is more to the story. The buzz words aloof, etc. had me taken aback which was probably intended. I am still in this because I believe that Brian is exercising prudent business judgment and making and/or declining business deals in the best interest of FASC. Bottom line is I agree with your sentiment - if Summerhill had a winning strategy with the KDS they would have purchased one by now.
Still looking for a PR or two and a juicy positive quarterly net earnings report along with forward looking statements from management describing a bright and lucrative future for all shareholders. Oh and a rising pps. I'm not asking too much am I?
Net-Man.......I don't know that Summerhill has any operating facilities/cash flow from operations......therefore it could be a simple financial matter at this point.
Brian has shown great interest in partnering with big companies/deep pockets in marketing the KDS, i.e. QL Resources, the SteelPlantech Group, Pratt & Whitney, Sundrop Fuels....to name a few.
