He can get to it after he makes the BIG announcement. LOL
He should have at least one person he can delegate some to. And I'm not even suggesting an answer, just a response and a bit of a process. Something to show the outside world that people work there, maybe show a little organization...even if they're in total chaos! LOL
Believe me, I've been in his shows with my software business. Doing it all guarantees it gets done consistently with your vision, and guarantees you'll slow down the growth. Tough balancing act. Finding the right people became my #1 focus, people that shared the vision (and even enhanced/refined it). Once I had a few of those things really took off. I'm sure the same will be true for Mitch.
