Thanks for the info on the municipality merges of Chicoutimi and Jonquiere to form Saguenay, which is just north of Quebec City. It helps tie the latest PR back to the earlier ones so we know which project is which. You're obviously a local (as stated by Criminal Minds), so the insight is helpful.
My question on Chicoutimi was serious because I had never heard it mentioned on the board or in PRs. If you were searching for news releases from that town on WTE projects, I didn't think you'd find any.
The earlier projects planned at Port Hope, Chapleau, and Miramichi I think were all planned by Sunbay Energy when it was a private company run by Jordan Oxley and there were lots of news stories made public, as well as You Tube videos and even a Wikipedia entry for Port Hope. The later two projects in Quebec were being put together by WLSA, a public company. I haven't checked yet for news articles there, but if there are none, then perhaps the two companies had different philosophies or rules governing news articles and interviews.
