NITE, GLEN & AUTO are MM (Market Makers)
The 5000, 500, 200 is the amount of shares they have for sale
and the .69, $2.00, & $10.01 is what they have for the ask pps.
But remember it can change they can lower their ask whenever they want to sell shares at a lower pps. Also I don't really trust that amount they say they have although they are suppose to reveal the correct amount I don't believe they really play by the rules. I believe they just list what they want to list as shares available at that pps.
