diarch, the number of outstanding shares needs to be taken into account.


The number of outstanding shares of the registrant’s Common Stock on May 9, 2011 was 65,770,910

The stock price easily ran to 23 cents last year due to the low number of outstanding shares.


We're probably sitting at 700+ million now.
