(2) Fragmented business strategy which is now being focused
(3) Broad acquisition activity without streamlining to a focussed business model and capturing synergies.

All is turning up and a focus of the management team and the results are now coming.

Wrong answer not union ! It was the 4 company they bought all had debt then went down hill from there
